1. Application Fields

This testing machine uses a stepper DC motor as the power source and advanced chip integration technology, equipped with a specially designed PCI data acquisition, amplification, and control system. It achieves full digital adjustment for the amplification and A/D conversion process of test force and deformation. The machine can conduct mechanical performance testing and analysis on various metals, non-metals, and composite materials. It is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, machinery manufacturing, electrical wires, cables, textiles, fibers, plastics, rubber, ceramics, food, pharmaceutical packaging, aluminum-plastic pipes, plastic doors and windows, geotextiles, films, wood, paper, and metal manufacturing. It automatically measures maximum test force, fracture force, yield strength, upper and lower yield strength, tensile strength, compressive strength, elongation at break, tensile elastic modulus, and bending elastic modulus according to GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN, ISO standards.

Main Machine: The testing machine adopts a single-column structure. The crossbeam can be adjusted at a variable speed, and changing the columns, screws, and casing allows alteration of the test space. The transmission system consists of a low-noise arc synchronous gear belt reduction system and screw drive, ensuring smooth operation, high efficiency, low noise, and no pollution.

With a stable and reliable stepper motor, it includes overcurrent, overvoltage, overspeed, and overload protection devices. •    Auto-Stop: The crossbeam stops automatically upon sample breakage.
•    Overload Protection: Automatically stops when the load exceeds 3-5% of the maximum value in each range.
