A. Product Overview:
This series of testing machines is designed and manufactured by our company, based on the absorption of international advanced testing machine technology. The machine is widely used in various industries, including construction materials, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, electrical wire and cable, rubber and plastics, textiles, and home appliances, for testing and analyzing the mechanical performance indicators of various metals, non-metals, and composite materials. It is an ideal testing equipment for scientific research institutions, universities, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, and quality inspection departments.
This series of testing machines achieves automatic control and data acquisition and analysis of the testing process through computer technology, realizing full digitalization and automation of data collection, analysis, and control. The control and data processing software, based on the WINDOWS operating interface, enables the computer display of test force, test force peak value, crosshead displacement, test deformation, and test curves. Its user-friendly design simplifies test operations. The machine supports three types of closed-loop control: test force, deformation, and displacement, allowing smooth switching between constant stress, constant strain, and constant displacement control modes. It fully complies with the relevant national standards and can conduct tests and data processing according to GB, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN, and other standards provided by users, offering excellent extensibility.
B. Product structure and function:
This series of testing machines features a portal (double-arm) frame structure. The upper space is used for tensile tests, while the lower space is for compression, bending, and deflection tests.
1. Drive System: This series uses an AC servo motor and speed control system to drive the precision ball screw pair for vertical movement. This achieves a wide range of stepless speed adjustment, ensuring high precision, low noise, and high stability during the test process.
2. Fixture Connection: The fixture connection uses a universal joint cross-pin structure with swing angle limitation. This design facilitates specimen clamping, ensures test concentricity, and effectively eliminates the influence of irregular specimens on the sensor.
3. Control System: The testing control system features high integration, stable performance, and convenient adjustment. It enables real-time data acquisition and dynamic display of test characteristic curves. Test data files can be saved in Access database format for easy resource sharing, network management, and further analysis. The software can access user-defined Word 2000 reports, addressing the varied reporting needs of different users or the same user at different times. It handles raw data for test force, displacement, time, and deformation, as well as derived curves.
4. Protection Features: The machine has both software and mechanical limit protection. The auto-stop ratio exceeding the maximum load can be dynamically set. It also features multiple protection functions, including overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload protection.
5. Auto-Calibration: Automatic calibration is available for load and deformation channels, providing intuitive and convenient operation.
6. Batch Testing: Curve hierarchical display and automatic curve tracking are available for batch tests.
7. Speed Settings: Users can define speed settings, and the software allows high-precision speed calibration, with on-the-fly speed adjustment and coding.
8. Test Monitoring: Real-time display of various parameters, including test force, deformation, displacement, and curves, is available during the test process.
9. Software Permission Management: To enhance software and data security, the software supports hierarchical management through different password protections.
10. Result Reproduction: After the test operation is completed and saved, users can open and reanalyze the test data at any time.
11. Curve Selection: Users can select curves such as load-deformation, load-time, load-displacement, displacement-time, and deformation-time for testing, data display, storage, analysis, and printing.
12. Point-by-Point Curve Traversal: By clicking on the curve with the mouse, users can obtain various parameters for each point.
13. Force Interface: The force channel interface and testing software can be equipped with various sensors according to user needs, allowing calibration, parameter modification, and normal testing.
14. Deformation Interface: The deformation channel interface and testing software can be equipped with various types of extensometers according to user needs, allowing calibration, parameter modification, and normal testing.
