Product Application:

Application: The WAW-1000D microcomputer-controlled hydraulic universal testing machine features a cylinder-under-mounted mainframe structure. It is primarily used for testing the mechanical properties such as tension, compression, and bending of metal materials, non-metal materials, product parts, components, and structural parts.

Additionally, this series of testing machines can be adapted for material tensile, compression, and bending tests under various environmental conditions when equipped with the appropriate environmental device. This includes high-temperature tensile, low-temperature tensile, and compression tests.

The machine is suitable for use in industries such as iron and steel, metallurgy, building materials, quality inspection centers, water conservancy and hydropower, highway bridges, research institutes, and academic institutions focusing on mechanics, as well as in various factories, mines, and testing and research organizations.

Overload Protection:

1.The machine will stop if the test force exceeds 2%-5% of the maximum test force for each setting, activating overload protection.
2.When the piston reaches its upper limit position, travel protection is initiated, and the pump motor will stop.
